Improved conditions

The cutting height can be easily adjusted using a single spindle. The stone is placed on the resilient supporting plates. These are equipped with a ruler and degree division so the stone can easily be cut to the desired length. The AL43SH14 is electrically hydraulically driven, which means a cutting force of 14 tons can be achieved at the touch of a button. As a result, the paver does not have to make an effort to cut stones.

Undisturbed cutting

This AL43SH14 block splitter has a battery box containing a maintenance-free battery and a charger. With a charged battery, you can work all day, and after working hours, the battery box can easily be removed from the block splitter to charge the battery at night. The block splitter is equipped with biodegradable oil.

Plastic slat blade with triangular carbide blades

The carbide-cutting teeth are arranged flexibly. These adapt to the shape of the stone up to 4 mm unevenness, resulting in tight and perfect paving. With a cutting width of 50 – 430 mm, (baked) clinkers and tiles can be easily cut. Due to the considerable stroke length of 25 mm, the user has to adjust the height of the block splitter less often, which is very user-friendly.

Lifetime and maintenance free

The AL43SH14 is equipped with a maintenance-free battery and a fully automatic charger mounted in the machine's housing. This fully automatic charger automatically switches to maintenance mode when the battery is charged. This block splitter is produced in a robotized welding cell, which ensures constant and high quality. All parts of this block splitter are electrolytically galvanized, resulting in a longer service life.
