Road construction block cutters

Improves the paver’s working conditions. The AL 43SH14, with a cutting pressure of 14 tonnes, is not equipped with fixed blades: the block cutter has a top and bottom row of flexibly-mounted hardened metal (widia) cutting teeth. These cutting teeth adjust themselves to the surface of the block. The AL43SH14 is equipped with five hydraulic pistons that distribute the pressure evenly across the cutting width. A perfect cutting result is guaranteed – with just one press of a button.

ALMI’s "S" series has no problems even with difficult materials such as natural stone or thick slabs with an irregular surface with variations in height of up to 4 mm. This patented precision technology is available solely from ALMI. The AL43SH14 has a stroke of 25 mm, as a result of which the block cutter can cut blocks of heights varying by a maximum of 25 mm. Consequently the cutting height does not need to be adjusted as frequently. The block cutter is equipped with a maintenance-free battery and a fully-automated charger mounted in the machine’s housing. The fully-automated charger switches automatically to trickle charge once the battery is fully charged.
