Road construction block cutters

AL 43S is one of the block cutters in the "S" series. The block cutter is equipped with flexibly-mounted blades and has a broad cutting width: the block cutter is ideal for cutting natural stone and slabs.

ALMI’s special "S" series of block cutters are not equipped with fixed blades: they have a top and bottom row of flexibly-mounted hardened metal (widia) cutting teeth. These cutting teeth adjust themselves to the surface of the block. The uniform pressure on the fracture line results in a much better cut with less effort:

The upper blade is positioned accurately by a double eccentric shaft transmission. This patented precision technology, which enables ALMI block cutters to cut with little pressure and keep on cutting, is available solely from ALMI.

All ALMI block cutters are manufactured by an advanced robotised welding cell that guarantees a consistent high quality.
