RMA procedure
Repair;
- Please send a message to rma@almi.nl and include the product name, serial number and a clear description of the complaint.
- Almi will send you an RMA number to ensure speedy processing and so that you can claim on the guarantee.
- The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the packaging.
- Almi will decide whether a claim on the guarantee can be made after receipt and will contact the sender should there be any questions.
- We will send a quotation with regard to any repairs that fall outside the guarantee period in advance. We do apply a minimum charge: if the repair work amounts to less than € 100 excluding VAT (and excluding shipment costs), then the repairs will be made. Should the costs be higher, we will send you a quotation.
- If you agree with the quotation, the costs as specified will be charged.
- If you do not agree with the quotation, we will return your shipment and only charge investigation costs of € 35 excluding VAT (and excluding shipment costs).
Other returned goods;
